Khamosh pyaar

Hello,

From the very Begining, the girl's family objected strongly on her dating this guy. Saying that it has got to do with family background & that the girl will have to suffer for the rest of her life if she were to be with him.

Due to family's pressure, the couple quarrel very often. Though the girl love the guy deeply, but she always ask him: "How deep is your love for me?"

As the guy is not good with his words, this often cause the girl to be very upset. With that & the family's pressure, the girl often vent her anger on him. As for him, he only endure it in silence.

After a couple of years, the guy finally graduated & decided to further his studies in overseas. Before leaving, he proposed to the girl: "I'm not very good with words. But all I know is that I love you. If you allow me, I will take care of you for the rest of my life. As for your family, I'll try my best to talk them round. Will you marry me?"

The girl agreed, & with the guy's determination, the family finally gave in & agreed to let them get married. So before he leave, they got engaged.

The girl went out to the working society, whereas the guy was overseas, continuing his studies. They sent their love through emails & phone calls. Though it's hard, but both never thought of giving up.

One day, while the girl was on her way to work, she was knocked down by a car that lost control. When she woke up, she saw her parents beside her bed. She realised that she was badly injured. Seeing her mum crying, she wanted to comfort her. But she realized that all that could come out of her mouth was just a sigh. She has lost her voice......

The doctors says that the impact on her brain has caused her to lose her voice. Listening to her parents' comfort, but with nothing coming out from her, she broke down.

During the stay in hospital, besides silence cry,.....it's still just silence cry that companied her. Upon reaching home, everything seems to be the same. Except for the ringing tone of the phone. Which pierced into her heart everytime it rang. She does not wish to let the guy know. & not wanting to be a burden to him, she wrote a letter to him saying that she does not wish to wait any longer.

With that, she sent the ring back to him. In return, the guy sent millions & millions of reply, and countless of phonecalls,.. all the girl could do, besides crying, is still crying....

The parents decided to move away, hoping that she could eventually forget everything & be happy.

With a new environment, the girl learn sign language & started a new life. Telling herself everyday that she must forget the guy. One day, her friend came & told her that he's back. She asked her friend not to let him know what happened to her. Since then, there wasn't anymore news of him.

A year has passed & her friend came with an envelope, containing an invitation card for the guy's wedding. The girl was shattered. When she open the letter, she saw her name in it instead.

When she was about to ask her friend what's going on, she saw the guy standing in front of her. He used sign language telling her "I've spent a year's time to learn sign language. Just to let you know that I've not forgotten our promise. Let me have the chance to be your voice. I Love You. With that, he slipped the ring back into her finger. The girl finally smiled.

With wild imaginings
She fills my soul
With soo much love

With her along who could b lonely

How long does it last
Can love be measured by the hours in a day

I know ill need her till this love song burn away
And she;ll b there...
How long does it last
Can love b measured by the hours in a day
I have no answers no
But this much i can say
I know ill need her till this love song burn away
And she'll be there...

A writer

Hello, 1.

Be honest with yourself about the quality of your writing skills. Chances are excellent that a busy editor will not continue to read your submission if she sees lots of grammatical errors.
2.
Step 2

Take a writing course or workshop if you do not have an English, journalism or related degree. You need to hear writing instructors and other writers comment on the quality of your work, and you need the experience of having to write well on deadline.
3.
Step 3

Learn how to write an excellent query letter to an editor. In it you need to briefly propose your idea for an article, give your qualifications and make it all sound as though it is the most wonderful idea ever to cross the editor's desk.
4.
Step 4

Buy the current year's "Writer's Market," shown on this page as the featured book. In addition to listing numerous publishing houses and consumer magazines, it gives integral information that all writers must know - such as how to write a query letter - and an overview of the business end of a writing career.
5.
Step 5

Use Web sites for writers to further develop your writing skills and to peruse freelance job opportunities. A simple search for "writing" or "writers" at a major search engine like Google should get you off to a good start.
6.
Step 6

Contact your local newspaper or magazine and ask if you may submit a completed article "on spec." This means the editor is under no obligation to pay you for your work, but is willing to read it. Make certain you peruse back issues of the publication first to confirm that your idea has not already been covered.

Tips & Warnings

*
You need to develop a portfolio of "clips," photocopies of articles that prove you have experience as a professional writer. This is often a catch-22 situation: You need clips to show an assigning editor, but you cannot get a writing assignment unless you have clips to show. Fortunately, you can volunteer your writing services to community publications or organizations and use the resulting clips to build your portfolio.
*
Writing for online communities can be a good way to build a strong portfolio. which is an effort to build the world's largest free source of "how-to" information. Writing for communities on a volunteer basis can help you develop a tangible portfolio which you can show to editors. It can also give you valuable experience with the editing process itself, because your work will be edited by other community members.
*
Don't waste your time "chatting" with writer wannabes online. Spend your time studying the field, writing, sending query letters and marketing your work.
*
You must expect rejection and develop a thick skin when you experience it.

EARN MONEY

Hello,

1. Earn Income.

Clearly, the more money you make, the faster you can reach that milestone, but that doesn’t mean your average Joe with a average income can’t obtain millionaire status. The current median income in this country ranges between $35,000-$60,000, depending on where you live. Better yet, get married so you have dual incomes. The wonderful thing about having dual incomes is that even with two people in the household, your income may double, but your expenses typically don’t.

If you don’t earn even an average income, all is not lost. It is up to you to do something about it. A negative attitude about your job or your earning potential won’t change anything. Be proactive and make the decision to improve your situation. It is your life, so take control and realize that things don’t change overnight. It may take a few years of slow growth before you reach the point where you want to be, but you can do it if you try. Remember, short of inheriting money from a relative or winning the lottery, you will need income to become a millionaire.
2. Live Within Your Means.

Ok, so you have income but now what? It doesn’t matter how much money you make if you spend it all or spend even more than you make. It might be nice to eat out at nice restaurants every night, or to always be on the cutting edge of designer fashion but, this will only make you feel like a millionaire. This doesn’t mean you have to live a miserable and miserly lifestyle, but you simply need to live reasonably.

Start by purchasing a home that you can comfortably afford and drive vehicles that suit your lifestyle without straining your budget. You don’t have to be pulling down $75,000 a year and drive a 1992 Civic Hatchback or live in a dump, but throwing your money at a 4,000 square foot home in a gated community with luxury cars or SUVs that cost as much as one year of your salary won’t help you become a millionaire. Some may argue that an expensive home and real estate in general is a good way to become a millionaire, but I will touch on that later.
3. Save Money.

This isn’t rocket science but if you earn a reasonable income and you live within your means, guess what, you will probably have money left over to save. The problem most people have is they put savings last, as an afterthought. People pay bills, buy things and then whatever is leftover they try to save. That is the wrong way to save. I’m sure you’ve heard it before, but pay yourself first. Whether it is $100 a month or $1,000 a month, think of the savings as a bill that needs to be paid and do it regularly. If you are unable to save money you will find that your only wealth is in the form of material things. Start saving today with a high-yield online savings account.
4. Invest Wisely.

Now that you are saving money, you need to invest it wisely. Sticking it under the mattress isn’t going to help you reach your goals any faster. You don’t have to read the Wall Street Journal or watch CNBC everyday while actively managing your portfolio in order to be a good investor. Some of the best investment advice is to simply buy and hold and to buy low and sell high.

It is also important to remember that real estate is part of your investment picture, but it shouldn’t be all of it. Too many people stake almost everything they have into a primary residence and expect it to appreciate in value. Just like any investment, generally speaking, over time you will make money. There isn’t much debate about that, but relying heavily on real estate is no different than if you rely on one stock to fund your retirement.

You can become a millionaire by simply buying a single stock and holding onto it for 20 years if it goes up significantly just like you can buy a home $500,000 home and have it double in value in 20 years. Take a lot of the risk out of the picture by making sure all of your eggs aren’t in the same basket and develop an investment strategy that will provide steady growth.
5. Stick With Your Plan.

If you have done the previous four items the only thing left to do is to continue doing it and stick to the plan. As far as income is concerned, always be on the lookout for ways to increase your income, whether it is through climbing the ladder at your current job, finding work elsewhere, or maybe even starting a business on the side. Increased income will mean you can save even more, provided you aren’t foolishly spending the additional money. As that additional money gets tucked away into savings or investments it will continue to grow even more quickly.
It Isn’t Hard to Do if You Work at It

Unfortunately, most people are looking for a way to get rich quick or to capitalize on the next big thing. It is true that some people have made their wealth through playing the real estate market, while others have done so by investing in a few stocks that exploded, but this is the exception and not the norm. If the above list seems overly simplistic, that’s good.

Good parent

Hello,

1. Express love and affection.

* A gentle cuddle, a little encouragement, appreciation, approval or even a smile can go a long way to boost the confidence and well-being of your children. Sadly, many children seek this kind of acceptance from their peers (who are wholly unqualified).
* Tell them you love them every day.
* Give lots of hugs and some kisses
* Love them unconditionally; don't force them to be who you think they should be in order to earn your love. Let them know that you will always love them no matter what.
2.
2
Listen to them.
* Express interest in your children and involve yourself in his and her life.
* Create an atmosphere in which they can come to you with a problem however large or small.
3.
3
Help them feel safe
* Respect their privacy as you would want them to respect yours; for example, if you teach your child that your room is out of boundaries to them, respect the same with their room. Allow them to feel that once they enter their room they can know that no one will look through their drawers, or read their diary.
* Instill in them, a sense of belonging by displaying individual and family portraits on the walls of the house.
* Don't argue with your spouse in front of the children. If they are sleeping, argue quietly. Modern divorce rates have children feeling insecure and fearful when they hear parents bickering. In addition, children will learn to argue with each other the same way they hear their parents argue with each other. Show them that when people disagree, they can discuss their differences peacefully.
* Avoid favoritism. Surveys have shown that most parents have favorites, but most children believe they are the favorite. If your children are quarreling, don't choose sides.
* Give up your vices: gambling, alcohol and drugs can jeopardize your child's financial security. Smoking almost always introduces health hazards to your child's environment. Second-hand smoke has been linked to several respiratory ailments in children. It could also contribute to the early death of a parent. Alcohol and drugs might also introduce health hazards or violence to your child's environment.
4.
4
Provide order.
* Set boundaries such as bedtimes and curfews, so they learn that they have limitations. By doing so, they actually get a sense of being loved and cared about by their parents. They might rebel at those boundaries, but inwardly enjoy knowing that concerned parents love them.
* Encourage responsibility by giving them jobs or "chores" to do and as a reward for those jobs give them some kind of privilege (money, extended curfew, extra play time, etc). As "punishment" for not doing these jobs they have the corresponding privilege revoked. Even the youngest of children can learn this concept of reward/consequence. As your child grows, give them more responsibilities and more rewards/consequences for not completing those responsibilities.
* Teach them what is right and wrong. If you are religious, take them to the religious institute that you follow. If you are agnostic, teach them your moral stance things. In either case, don't be hypocritical or be prepared for your child to point out that you are not "practicing what you preach".
* Don't routinely do things for your children that they can learn to do for themselves. While getting them a glass of water before bed is a nice way to make them get to sleep faster, don't do it so often that they come to expect it.
* Model moderation and responsibility when it comes to drinking. Explain that they will have to wait until they are old enough to enjoy a drink with friends and talk about the importance of designated drivers. Failure to discuss these issues early sometimes contributes to sneaking and dangerous experimentation. Again, don't be hypocritical or your child will (more than likely) ignore your advice.
5.
5
Praise your children
* Avoid comparing your children to others, especially siblings. Each child is individual and unique. Celebrate their differences and instill in each child the desire to pursue their interests and dreams. Failure to do so may give your child an inferiority complex, an idea that they can never be good enough in your eyes.
* Teach your children that it is okay for them to be different and they do not have to follow the crowd. Teach them right from wrong when then are young, and they will (more often than not) be able to make their own decisions, instead of listening to others.
* Remember that your child is not an extension of yourself. Your child is an individual under your care, not a chance for you to relive your life through them.
6.
6
Avoid criticism by focusing on the behavior.
* When your child acts out in a harmful and spiteful manner, tell him or her that such behavior is unacceptable and suggest alternatives. Avoid statements such as: "You're bad." "Go away!" etc (as difficult as it may be).
* Be assertive yet kind when pointing out what they have done wrong. Be stern, but not cross, when you tell them what you expect.
* Avoid public humiliation. If they misbehave in public, take them aside, and scold them privately.
* Model the behavior and character you hope your children will adopt and live by the rules you set. Show them by example in addition to verbal explanations. Children have a tendency to become what they see and hear unless they make a conscious and concerted effort to break the mold.
7.
7
Be consistent.
* Enforce rules that apply to every person leading a happy and productive life. Not just the rules of your ideal person.
* Enforce the same rules all the time, and resist your child's attempts to manipulate you into making exceptions.
* Control your temper.
* Communicate clearly. Children should be very familiar with the consequences of their actions. If you give them a punishment, be sure they understand the reason and the fault, if you cannot articulate the reason and how they are at fault the punishment will not have the discouraging effects you desire.
* Life is a great teacher. Don't be too quick to rescue your child from the results of their own actions if the consequences are not overly severe. Example: Cutting themselves may hurt, but it's better than leaving them unaware of why sharp objects should be avoided.
8.
8
Spend time with each child individually, try to divide your time equally if you have more than one child.
* Set aside a day to go to a park, theme parks, museum or library depending on their interests.
* Attend school functions. Do homework with them. Visit their teacher at open house. Even if it means taking some time away from work. Remember that children grow fast, and soon will be on their own. Your boss may or may not remember that you missed that meeting, but your child will most certainly remember that you didn't attend the play they were in.
9.
9
Be a Role Model - Young kids are like sponges. As parents we are our children's first role model. Pay attention to what you say or do around them and think about what kind of example you are making.
* Want to teach kids about charity? Get involved and take your kids with you to a soup kitchen or homeless shelter and help serve up meals. Explain to them why you do acts of charity so they understand why they should.
* Teach kids about chores by setting a schedule and having them help you out. Don't tell your child to do something, but ask for their help. The earlier they learn to help you, the longer they will be willing to.
* Want your kids to listen to you? Show them you can listen to them.
* If you want your son or daughter to learn to share, set a good example and share your things with them.
10.
10
Allow them to experience life for themselves - But don't just lose total control. Don't make decisions for them all the time, they must learn how to live with the consequences from the choices they make. After all, they will have to learn to think for themselves sometime. It's best they start when you are there to help minimize the negative consequences and accentuate the positive ones. They need to learn that their own actions have consequences (good and bad). By doing so, it helps them to become good decision makers and problem solvers so that they are prepared for independence and adulthood. Do not miss this crucial step. You must explain their options, and the consequences of each one, then live with whatever option they select.
11.
11
Spend a lot of time with them and love them with all your heart, but don't smother them. There's a big difference between protecting someone and imprisoning them.

Tips

* If you're trying to quit a habit, look into groups that can help you overcome it. Always get support, and have someone you can talk to when you begin to get a craving for your habit. Remember that you're not only helping yourself, but you're helping your child as well.

* Reflect on your own childhood frequently. Identify the mistakes your parents made, and make an effort to avoid them. Every generation of parents gets to make a whole set of new mistakes.
* Encourage introspection by sharing with your children your own self-evaluation.

* Do not be afraid to be a parent. Do your best, be their friend, but never let them forget you are their parent.
* Parenting does not stop when a child grows up. Being a good parent remains a life-long role. But remember that once they become adults, the decisions they make in life are ultimately theirs.
* Do not strictly follow the parental behavioral stereotypes of your culture, race, ethnic group, family, or other defining factor. For example, it is a commonly seen stereotype that Asian parents will force their children to achieve impeccable grades and take math and music classes, etc. These stereotypes are WRONG! Each child is individual and each parent loves their child. Please do not believe that there is only one way to raise a child.
* Do not force them by beating or hurting them. It will only cause resentment and make them go against you. Also, you will get arrested and your child will be placed in foster care. If you have multiple children, they may be separate.

Displine your child

1. Discuss and define your discipline strategy with your partner in a time of calm. Be sure to consider escalation strategies for disobedience or repeat offences. (For example: The first time I give a warning that he will lose a privelege, such as an activity planned for that day, if he continues. The second time he loses that privilege, etc.) Write it down if necessary. Don't make it up in response to a problem, or you're likely to overreact. It is very important that both parents are consistent when they discipline, and it is also very important to not undermine the other parent.

2.
2
Recognize when a discipline situation is necessary. At that exact moment be sure to calmly apply your strategy, without giving it a second thought or consideration. Any strategy is most effective when applied confidently and promptly so your child knows exactly when they are overstepping the bounds you set. (If immediate disciplinary action is not possible at that particular moment, then wait until you get home, and let them know. This must be understood by both you and the child to be the highest priority in order to be effective.)
3.
3
Be consistent. If you give a warning and consequence for an action, you must follow through with your consequences. Being consistent and following through will eliminate the need for yelling. If you do not follow through, your child will quickly learn that your words do not hold any weight, and they will stop listening.
4.
4
Never give in to bad behavior, especially tantrums. Simply tell them to stop, tell them the consequences, and let them decide. If bad behaviour gets the child what he or she wants, they have just been rewarded for it and they will most definitely try it again. Don't forget to praise and appreciate the good behaviour too.
5.
5
When the disciplinary action is completed, review and remind them why they got into trouble and why it was wrong. Ask them not to do that again, explain what will happen if the behavior is repeated. Give your child a hug and a kiss, and assure them you love them.
6.
6
Review your discipline methods periodically. Be sure that the consequences you set are appropriate, not to soft or too harsh, for the action and for your child's developmental age. Taking a toy away may be sufficient punishment for one child, but not another.

Trust your child to make the decision between any bad behavior and the consequence. Let him trust you by being consistent and following through with what you say. Children thrive better when they know what the rules and their limits are, because it gives them the feeling that they are cared for and loved.

edit Tips

* If you have other children never compare them with their brothers or sisters ,that could lead them into low self esteem or make them feel like they have no worth.

My Autistic Son Succeeded! I'll Show You How Your Child Can Too.
www.AmericanAutismSociety.org
* Criticize the behavior, not the child ("What you did was stupid", not "You are so stupid."). If you call a child 'stupid' long enough they will either begin to believe it or begin to resent it.
* For young children, one minute of "time-out" per year of age is a good standard. Longer than that and they feel abandoned, and thus lose trust in you.
* To encourage older children to change behavior, write the problem down, discuss it, and guide the child in developing his or her own correction plan. Make it measurable, and include a punishment for failure (e.g. grounding) and a reward for success (e.g. you will be trusted with this and not bothered about it again unless necessary). Do not make the punishment or reward based on money or possessions.
* Everyone needs multiple chances to learn and everyone needs a fresh start, especially children. Don't escalate for things repeated a week apart by a young child (i.e. pre-pubescent) -- just for those repeated in the same day. Young children don't have the same way of remembering things as older children and adults.

Warnings

* Stick to your defined strategy, no matter how mad you are at a given moment. When you are angry, it may be impossible to think clearly, and it can take up to an hour for your hormones to return to normal. That's why you should decide these things when you're calm.
* No matter how intelligent your child is, remember that you are dealing with a child. Don't get into psychoanalysis; don't invite a child into an adult-level review of the problem. Tell the child the rules and consequences for breaking them, and apply it consistently. This will make the world seem to be a fair, safe, and predictable place.
* If you are not consistent with your discipline, or ignore their bad behavior because you think they are too young to know any better, you will have a much harder time trying reducing bad behavior later on.
* Do not bribe for good behavior. The bribes will become required. Occasionally rewarding for good behavior after the fact is not a bribe.

Taking things personally

Hello,

Give the benefit of the doubt. If you have a habit of taking things personally, it means that you're apt to assume someone is directing some form of aggression towards you specifically, when they might be just joking around, or having a bad day. It might be your instinct to react, or curl up into a ball emotionally, but pause for a second. Maybe it's not about you. Learn how to gain control of your emotions.

2.
2
Refocus your attention. When you take things personally, you shift your attention from what they said or did to how you feel. Unless you move on from that point, it's likely that you'll ruminate, and the negative feeling will be amplified. Instead, focus again on the other person.

* Look at how the person treats others. They might tease, pick on, or even insult everyone they cross paths with. Some people are just antagonistic like that.
* Consider their insecurities. Could they feel threatened by you in some way? If so, don't feel bad for being your awesome self. Think about how you can help this person feel better about themselves.
* Keep in mind that the other person probably has poor communication and emotional management skills. Imagine that there's an inner child acting out, because the person hasn't learned how to deal with things in a mature way. It's much easier to be patient and feel compassionate when you visualize a learning child at the helm of their behavior.
3.
3
Remind yourself that you don't need anyone's approval. If you're especially sensitive to people's behavior towards you, to the extent that you regularly overreact, it might be because you've got a strong radar for rejection. If you pick up on any kind of displeasure, you worry that you're doing something wrong, and you want to fix it eagerly, anxiously. But just because someone isn't happy with you doesn't mean you've done something wrong. In many cases, it means that person isn't happy with themselves, and expects you to fill in the blanks (which is impossible).
4.
4
Speak up. Let the person know that they're being harsh. Again, focus on them, not you. You're doing them a favor by letting them know how their words and actions come off from the outside. They might not realize how hurtful or aggressive they seem; and if they do, they need to know that they can't just plug in their negativity without it being noticed. Here are a few ways to approach this:

* Raise your eyebrows and say "Ouch!" or "Whoa! That's a bit a harsh!"
* When a person snaps at you, turn to them and genuinely ask them "Are you okay?" or "Is something wrong?"
* If this is recurring, use nonviolent communication to (hopefully) put an end to it, and resolve any underlying issues.
5.
5
Stop taking compliments personally, too. If you base your self-worth on how much people compliment and validate you, then you're basically allowing others to decide how you feel about yourself. If someone compliments you, it's no more personal than a direct insult.[1] They're simply calling it how they see it, and that may or may not be accurate--only you can be the judge of that. So if someone is positive towards you, that doesn't make you a better person, it makes them a better person, because they're taking the time to be supportive and encouraging. Your value, your self-worth remains unchanged, because it's something that comes from within.

edit Tips

* Don't act all worked up. It gives people more reason to believe the criticisms.

Warnings

* Don't stop taking things personally to the extent that you absolve yourself of any personal responsibility. If someone's acting out towards you, it is possible that you did something wrong. The focus of this article, however, is to remember that it doesn't automatically mean you did something wrong. You still need to evaluate your role in the situation. Essentially, instead of thinking, "What did I do wrong?", think, "Did I do something wrong?".
* When following the step Speak up: Are you all right? or Is everything okay?, be careful to do it sincerely. If the shift of attention is felt as patronizing or implying criticism, it might detonate an aggressive response on the other person and will probably complicate the situation further.

confident

Hello,

* When you are feeling terribly insecure, write down your positive traits and read them back. This feedback would give you surprising results.
* Do not be afraid to push yourself beyond your physical or mental limits. Such a pressure would help you see how easily things can be achieved and thereby helps you hone skills. Step out of your comfort zone.
* Condition yourself to talk positively about yourself. Every time your mind wanders and say you are not apt at it, pause for a minute, undo those negative vibes and say you can do. At least you should make an attempt to accomplish that daunting task. With that, you will learn more about yourself.
* Avoid perfectionism. Perfectionism paralyzes you and keeps you from accomplishing your goals.
* You can provide yourself with an extra dose of confidence by using the Best Me Technique of self-hypnosis to pre-experience the rewards of a long-term goal, thereby reducing the stress.
* Have a good group of friends that will support you in any decision making
* Look forward to what lies ahead in the day or the future: try not to express any bad feelings in any way.
* Most people lack self confidence because they worry how others view them. The first thing is you have to do is be happy with yourself and your abilities. Focus less on how others see you because you only get back what you dish out. If they see you're self assured your self confidence will rub off on them.
* If you are religious in any way, pray about your insecurities. Pray that you will overcome these feelings and that you will be thankful for what you have.

edit Warnings

* Do not get wrapped up in your mistakes and dwell on bad points. They could turn out to be a healthy contrast to your good points or even give you something to improve. There is no feeling like being good at something you were really bad at.
* Do not mistake being loud for confidence. Some loud people cover their insecurities. If you are happy with yourself, you are confidence.

Be a good husband

Hello,

Eleven Qualities of an Ideal Husband

In India many women keep fasts to get a good husband. Even parents of the girl won’t have a peaceful sleep till they feel that their daughter is in the hands of a good man. After I have written about the Qualities of a good wife I got a request to write on How to be a good Husband or what sort of a husband a lady looks for. It is often heard saying that a good son would be a good husband too. But I think a man should be more than just a good son to be an ideal or perfect husband.

Here are Eleven Qualities of a Good husband.

1) Be Pleasant: Nobody likes an arrogant man. Be pleasant to everyone around you including your wife, friends and family. Be warm, kind, positive, understanding and friendly. It is often heard said that ‘What we give is what we get back.’ Try to arrive home as cheery and lighthearted as you can even if you had a bad day at office or is physically exhausted after driving through the traffic jams. Just because your wife does not go out to work does not mean that her work is less strenuous. She might have been struggling with the children and the housework all day.

2) Respect the Vows: Faithfulness or Loyalty is one of the prime qualities a wife wants in her man. Have a sense of honor and duty.Remember that when you got married you took the sacred vows. The honorable thing is to fulfill the duty to your wife that you took upon yourself the day you got married. It is the duty of a man to provide for his family. Never expect your wife to contribute to the smooth operation of the household. Even in this day and age of women in the workplace, most prefer to have that as an option rather than a necessary part of their lives. Motherhood and caring for a husband and home usually takes priority for her. Never assume that the money you earn is yours to do with as you like. You have a family to think about now and their needs must always come before your own.

3) Reliable, Responsible and Supportive: Every Woman wants her partner to be reliable and be there for her when she needs her. Support your wife in all stages of life. Provide reassurance when she is feeling down. Do not belittle her or hurt her ego. If she is a working woman understand her work pressures and problems. Be proud of her on her accomplishments and do not forget to complement her. Be available for her when she needs a shoulder to cry or when she needs support from you. Let her know that you care for her. When you are not near her at least make a phone call to her even if you talk to her for only a minute or two. When you come back after work or on weekend do things with her or help her in whatever way possible. She would appreciate even if you are not much of help because you are tried to help her. Be a friend to her. When you don’t agree with her views respectfully let know that you don’t agree with reasons.

4) Adaptability and Sensitivity : As years pass on you'll see that glowing woman you fell in love with years ago does not look the same or behave in the same manner. She may be tied up with the pressures at home like needs of children, financial obligations etc. Allow her time to relax by taking some work off her shoulders or take some time out so that you can spend some time together relaxing. Be sensitive to the needs of your wife and looks to meet them. Do not let your feelings toward life's changes affect feelings toward your wife. An Ideal Man needs to be sensitive to the requirements of the partner, treat her as an equal, understand when she needs to stay late at work or help with housework and contribute to the expenses.

5)Show Respect: If you expect respect from others you need to treat others with respect too. Respect can be reflected in the way one talks and behaves. Always speak in a loving manner and refrain from speaking harshly. A good husband never chooses to belittle strike, humiliate or otherwise harm his wife in private or in public. It is better to watch what you say and to think your thoughts through before speaking as it is not possible to take back the words once they have been spoken. Treat her with respect in front of others and at home. Do not look at other ladies in front of her. Take in consideration her opinion when making important decisions of the family. If you are bringing your buddies home let her know in advance.

6) Judgment and Emotional Baggage: Many of us have emotional baggage. But do not bring that emotional baggage into the marriage. Many men praise their previous wives, girlfriends or mother in front of their wives. Avoid judging every action or opinion your wife has and understand that she is different from you. Her experiences and likings may be different from you too. Comparing her or making her feel that she does not measure up only would ruin your marriage.

7) Communication: Communication is the key to a good and solid marriage. Women also expect honesty in men. Honesty is what builds trust in your relationship with your woman. She may even forgive your mistakes but only if you are honest with her and promise not to do it again. Women like their men to be open to them at all times and not keep them in the dark about what is going on in their man’s life. Find time to sit and talk with your wife on a daily basis even if it is during the Dinner time. If you let things bottle up and feel that you cannot share with your wife then your marriage is in trouble. Be a good listener when she talks. Your wife too wants someone to listen to her and empathize with what's going on in her life. Listen avidly to your wife's complaints. Woman cannot resist a man who understands her moods, attitude, feelings, values, likes and dislikes. This would encourage her to open up with you and don’t keep secrets. Good Communication helps in building trust and strengthens your relationship. Make your woman laugh often. Women love men who are witty and have a sense of humor.Fights or problems may happen in between the two but do not let the world know about it rather solve it between yourselves. The fight you had last week over shopping or whatever is over and done with. So move on with it and stop rehashing old stuff and reminding her of her faults. Do not resort to name calling, hitting, spitting, breaking dishes or anything else when you lose your temper.

8). Love and Affection: Show your love and affection to her as often as possible. Every woman is a sucker of affection. If you only give them that stuff to get to bed, your wife is going to notice and think it's insincere. A good husband will appreciate his wife and will notice her, even after twenty or fifty years of marriage. She needs you to notice when she gets that new haircut or dresses up in something sexy for you to come home to. If you fail to notice what she is doing for you too many times, she may just count it as fruitless and quit. Gift your Partner something fancy when she least expects it. Surprise her by planning a trip, preparing a nice dinner, giving a bunch of her favorite flowers or taking her out for shopping. Every Woman likes to be pampered. Women, one way or the other, are nothing but over grown babies who constantly need care. But every woman has their likings, give things what she likes instead of forcing your likes on her and show her that you care and would be always there for her. Never forget the special days in her life. Make an effort to initiate spontaneous affection with your wife. Build the companionship by doing things together whether it is a common interest or hobby. Give her a hug or surprise kiss and tell her how much you love her. Hold hands with her when you’re out together. These small gestures show your wife that you’ve thought of her and help you reinforce your commitment to your wife.

9) Offer Protection: A woman need to feel safe and secured with her man. She needs to feel that when he is with her no one can harm her. You don't need to be a muscle man but at least when you are with her others should not be making a pass at her. She wants her man to behave like a man and treat her like a lady when she is with you.

10) Give her Space: As a Husband you need to understand that your wife has a life other than you also. She has her Parents, friends and colleagues who too are part of her life. She also may have some hobbies or passions he is involved in. Don’t expect her undivided attention. Don’t stop her if he wants to go out and hang out with her friends sometimes or engage in a hobby or want to spend some time with her parents.

11) Keep her happy in Bed: Sexual intimacy is one of the most essential things in any marriage. Good Sex helps tostrengthen your emotional and physical attraction to her. Please your wife in bed and be faithful to her. No woman would tolerate a cheating partner. Good sex plays a vital part when it comes to a satisfying relationship and if you are not skilled in bed that is going to be a major turn off. Never grumble about having to support children you didn't want to have. If you were irresponsible enough to help her get pregnant, then it is your duty to pay for that child.Do not bring porn into a relationship. Porn will only create unrealistic expectations in your mind about your spouse’s libido, body, and comfort level with weird sex positions.

In short, if you don't like how you partner treats you, take a minute to notice how you treat your partner and correct your behavior. If you are an ideal husband, that will help your wife to be an ideal wife. A wife usually responds to the way that she is treated. If she is treated like she is worthless, she will be worthless to you. But, if you treat her well, she will be a jewel in your crown, a pleasure to you and a forever blessing.

Be a good wife

Hello,

Qualities in a good Wife

Every married man wishes to have a good wife. Many people advice the new bride to be a good wife to her husband. But what are the makings of a good or perfect wife? Many women do not know. Many of the qualities of a good wife are already inbuilt in a person and the rest can be developed.

In India the qualities of a good wife or eight noble virtues an ideal wife should have are summed up in the verse from Neethisaram.

"Karyeshu Dasi, Karaneshu Manthri; Bhojeshu Mata, Shayaneshu Rambha,

Roopeshu lakshmi, Kshamayeshu Dharitri, Satkarma Nari, Kuladharma Pathni".

Here are some of the Qualities a man looks in his wife.

1) Be pleasant: It is said that ‘we need to treat others the way we want ourselves to be treated.’ Never be rude to our husband, family and friends. Be warm, kind, positive, understanding and friendly. Work to be pleasant toward your husband. Don’t be one of those people who make everyone around you feel bad just because you’ve had a hard day. Welcome your husband with a smile when he comes home instead of a sour face. A good wife honors her hubby by keeping a pleasant tone in her voice, a happy smile on her face and a neat and clean appearance. Listen to him talk about his day especially if it was a difficult one. If you don't like how you partner treats you, take a minute to notice how you treat your partner and correct your behavior.

2) Treat your Husband with Respect: If you expect respect from others we need to treat others with respect too. Haven’t we all heard ‘Give respect and take respect’. Respect can be reflected in the way one talks and behaves. Always speak in a loving and refrain from speaking in a harsh manner. A good wife respects her hubby and she never chooses to belittle, strike, humiliate or otherwise harm him in private nor in public. It is better to watch what you say and to think your thoughts through before speaking as it is not possible to take back the words once they have been spoken. A good wife will treat her man with respect in front of others and at home.

3) Communicate: Communication is key to a good and solid marriage. Do not hide things from your husband or keep secrets after marriage. Be honest to him. Find time to sit and talk with your husband on a daily basis even if it is for only half an hour. If you let things bottle up and feel that you cannot share with your husband anything then your marriage is in trouble. Be a good listener when your husband is talking. You may have a dozen important things to tell him but allow him to talk first. Don't greet him with complaints and problems the moment he comes back from work. Good Communication also helps to build trust and strengthen your relationship. After marriage the wife and husband are a team or partners. Do not take any major decisions about the family without consulting with husband. Fights or problems may happen in between the two but do not let the world know about it rather solve it between yourselves. The fight you had last week over shopping or whatever is over and done with. So move on with it and stop rehashing old stuff and reminding him of his faults. Do not resort to name calling, hitting, spitting, breaking dishes or anything else when you lose your temper. If you do he may actually start to fall out of love with you and you could lose him all together.

4) Be Supportive: A husband expects wife’s support and understanding especially in times of troubles. A good wife loves her hubby through his successes and failures and provides reassurance when he's feeling down. She is a nurturer and an equal partner in the marriage. Support your husband in all stages of his career and life. Do not belittle your man or hurt his ego. It is often heard saying that ‘a wife can make a man or break a man’. There’s no quicker way to build resentment in your man than to criticize him or belittle him especially in front of others. Be proud of him on his accomplishments and genuinely complement him. If you do this you can expect your husband to behave with you in the same manner and also respect you more for your support and thoughtfulness. When you don’t agree with him respectfully let him know you don’t agree.

5) Do not nag: No man would like a nagging wife. If you want to get your own way ask him nicely. Many wives think that is the only way to get her husband to do things is by nagging. But the truth is that your nagging can create unwanted rift or can make things worse between the two of you. Your husband is a grown man with his own thoughts and desires. Just because you think he should be doing something particular doesn't mean he has to do it.

6) Give him his space: As a wife you need to understand you’re your husband has a life other than you also. He has his family, friends and colleagues who too are part of his life. He also may have some hobbies or passions he is involved in. Don’t expect his undivided attention. Don’t stop him if he wants to go out and hang out with his friends sometimes or engage in a hobby or sport that he likes. An interfering wife can sometimes be too irritating.

7) Keep him happy in Bed: Sexual intimacy is one of the most essential things in any marriage. Please your man in bed. If you cannot keep your man happy in Bed he would go where he can get it. After all, a Man is a man!

8) Plan Surprises: Men like surprises too. It can be anything like organizing his birthday party without him knowing about it or planning a special night of passion by playing a seductress. Your surprises do not have to be elaborate and can be as simple as making him his favorite snack or his favorite dishes once in a while even if you would rather eat something else.

9) Express your love and appreciation often: Men likes praises and appreciation. Make the best of your time together. Men like to hear the words ‘I love you’ too. Also join him in activities that he's interested in even though you would have preferred to do something else or give him a thoughtful gift once in a while. Make it a point never to forget the special days in his life. Pamper him very often. Be his ‘little slave’ when he is at home. You can even cook for him or give him a good massage. Making him dependent on you by doing his chores when he is at home is not a bad idea. Let him miss you and think about you when you are not around. These gestures won’t go unnoticed and it may even inspire him to do something nice for you. Don't withhold affection.

10) Honesty, Loyalty and Dedication: A good wife would be honest, loyal and dedicated to her husband. Marriage is a life long commitment and the vows you have taken at the time of marriage should be kept in all conditions.

11) Prepare yourself: A good wife honors her hubby by keeping a pleasant tone in her voice, a happy smile on her face and a neat and clean appearance. Take special care about your appearance and everyday. Include exercises or yoga in your daily routine. Be hygienic. Some woman feel that once they are married why they should dress up or take care of their appearance. A man likes his wife to smell good. If you are unhealthy or not presentable your man may cheat you behind your back.

12) Prepare the House: Maintain a clean house all the time. Clear away the clutter and spend time decorating the house. Apart from this be wise with money and take all the responsibilities of a wife seriously without complaining.

I am sure any man would be happy to get a wife with all these qualities. Have I left anything? Please feel free to add through comments.

Strong defination

Hello,

To keep the body in good health is a duty... otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear.
Buddha

A strong body makes the mind strong. As to the species of exercises, I advise the gun. While this gives moderate exercise to the body, it gives boldness, enterprise and independence to the mind. Games played with the ball, and others of that nature, are too violent for the body and stamp no character on the mind. Let your gun therefore be your constant companion of your walks.
Thomas Jefferson

Merchants have no country. The mere spot they stand on does not constitute so strong an attachment as that from which they draw their gains.
Thomas Jefferson

I am invariably late for appointments - sometimes as much as two hours. I've tried to change my ways but the things that make me late are too strong, and too pleasing.
Marilyn Monroe

Whenever I hear anyone arguing for slavery, I feel a strong impulse to see it tried on him personally.
Abraham Lincoln

Of the four wars in my lifetime, none came about because the U.S. was too strong.
Ronald Reagan

Solitary trees, if they grow at all, grow strong.
Winston Churchill

Too often the strong, silent man is silent only because he does not know what to say, and is reputed strong only because he has remained silent.
Winston Churchill

We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we've set. We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.
Barack Obama

I am President of the UN created University for Peace, which has a strong commitment to the relationship between peace, security and the environment. I meet with young people around the world and I always come away enthused and encouraged.
Maurice Strong

A weak man is just by accident. A strong but non-violent man is unjust by accident.
Mohandas Gandhi

The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong.
Mohandas Gandhi

We may never be strong enough to be entirely nonviolent in thought, word and deed. But we must keep nonviolence as our goal and make strong progress towards it.
Mohandas Gandhi

When your desires are strong enough you will appear to possess superhuman powers to achieve.
Napoleon Hill

Admiration for a quality or an art can be so strong that it deters us from striving to possess it.
Friedrich Nietzsche

A woman is like a tea bag - you can't tell how strong she is until you put her in hot water.
Eleanor Roosevelt

The strong man is the one who is able to intercept at will the communication between the senses and the mind.
Napoleon Bonaparte

A strong argument for the religion of Christ is this - that offences against Charity are about the only ones which men on their death-beds can be made - not to understand - but to feel - as crime.
Edgar Allan Poe

The only sure bulwark of continuing liberty is a government strong enough to protect the interests of the people, and a people strong enough and well enough informed to maintain its sovereign control over the goverment.
Franklin D. Roosevelt

Character is higher than intellect. A great soul will be strong to live as well as think.
Ralph Waldo Emerson

Be smart

1. Set goals once a week. Do the important things first. This helps because you might need to do an important project and you decide to go and play football instead. And the night before the project is due you are rushing around and may not even finish. Your teacher will be able to tell 2 things, you've rushed it and you haven't put any effort into it.

2.

Work on your vocabulary. Read good books, try to use a few definitions from the dictionary each day, or subscribe to a "word-of-the-day" service on-line. You can also take the vocabulary tests in Readers Digest or buy a book on increasing your working vocabulary. Read the dictionary one letter at a time. This will take you a year at least but you will grow intellectually.
3.
3
Simplify. Talking about things that no one else can understand does not make you smart. Genius is the ability to translate the complex into the simple. Practice explaining concepts to others. See just how simple and clear you can make your explanations. If someone doesn't understand you, it is not their fault for being an idiot, it is your fault for being inarticulate.
4.
4
Further your education. Keep in mind an education isn't the junk you are forced to do in school for diplomas and degrees; it's an understanding of the world around you. People who are naturally curious for some reason begin to stop asking questions the moment they hit school. The truly brilliant mind however, always questions their world and tries to make sense of it. That is the secret to "genius". Do not let the relentless orders and busywork of school called an "education" fool you. Schools are one potential resource if you enjoy the environment but by no means are they necessary for brilliance and by no means are they the best way. For more information learn about Unschooling. Note the significant contributions Unschoolers have made.
5.
5
Watch the news and talk about recent things that have happened around the world. Try to watch (or, more preferably, read) the news everyday for the rest of your life. Also analyze it for the media does occasionally sell propaganda.
6.
6
Cultivate an interest in subjects like current events, interesting facts, funny and inspiring quotations, good books and movies, scientific studies and interesting inventions. Educational television is a great way to learn. Check out PBS or History channel. People who have something to talk about other than their own internal problems and worries appear far more interesting and intelligent.
7.
7
Make a sheet of paper and write a keyword for everything you want to memorize. If you don't retain information actively (that means: it would come to your mind in a conversation) when you cross up it the first time (thats very likely after the end of childhood), the act of writing and looking on the thing some more times (you hopefully won't have to learn it like vocabulary - actually, you should enjoy broadening your horizon) will greatly increase the chance of retaining it in mind.
8.
8
Read good books. They will make you both appear and be smarter. Reading really is fun and your mind will grow. Keep your reading diverse by reading books of all genres including non-fiction. Make sure the books are interesting to you. As you read more you will soon learn that, just like movies, some books are better than others. Keep searching out the ones you think are good. If not sure what to read... ask a teacher or go to the library. Get a library card.
9.
9
Be organized. Begin each day by planning. Get a notebook or small digital planner to write down your daily homework assignments and write down the due dates for tests and papers. Get a weekly planner with your class schedule and plan your activities. Get a monthly calender to write down birthdays and big events. Write down what classes you have, when to do homework and what your homework is, dates, when you are hanging out with friends etc. all in your planner.
10.
10
Learn to listen carefully to others' opinions about controversial things, or things they know about and you do not. You do not have to agree with them but remember everybody has something to teach you. If a person holds an opposing opinion they most likely have logical reasons for doing so. Asking questions may allow you to reevaluate your own beliefs, or point out the flaws in theirs. Keep an open mind. The more intelligent you are the more questions you will ask of your friends, teachers and parents.
11.
11
Be nice to people. Care about the well being of others. Sometimes people don't realize if another person is hurting or sad. Look at their faces and in their eyes when you talk to them. There will always be bullies. They may call you names: a nerd, a freak, a geek, or use a racial or homophobic slur, but in this case they really will only be jealous and petty. Being nice to all people is also a sign of maturity, class and intelligence. Keep it up and people will notice.
12.
12
Consider that it might be a good tactic is to go along with their mockery and laugh at yourself. Stand up for people who are getting bullied even if you might start getting bullied. If you really want to be smart, try to understand the bullies psychological motivations. Understanding the enemy is the best way to defeat them. Never insult anyone, gossip or hurt someone physically. Don't make offensive jokes. If someone is abusive to you, you can ignore them or go to adults for advice on how to deal with them. Be respectful to yourself, friends, parents and teachers.
13.
13
Be friends with smart people who do all of the above. It will boost your self-esteem, confidence, make you less likely to be teased, prevent depression, help you study harder, make your life happier and otherwise enrich your life. You can also make studying fun with your friends.
14.
14
Exercise your mind. Learn how to solve the Rubik's cube. It is easier than it appears if you learn tricks in visualizing the cube's geometry. Also do word and math puzzles-such as Sudoku. This will make you at least twice as smart!
15.
15
Learn how to do mental sums or speed math. There are all sorts of tricks for doing complicated math in your head that will amaze others. Plus it can potentially increase working memory.
16.
16
Visit new places as much as you can. If possible, try to visit other countries too. Visiting cities in your country or in a different one, gives you a open mind and teaches you about the world we live in. You will be able to understand other cultures(how people live in a different place, how they behave with each other, how they live and so on). You will also be able to understand that the planet earth is huge and there are so much to see and do. You will be fascinated on how there are so many different people and culture in the world. That will make you smart and interesting.
17.
17
Draw a diagram of it. Smart people are good at using diagrams too. Don't be just word-oriented, or abstract concept oriented. Look for your weaknesses and improve on those as well.
18.
18
Analyze complex situations for practice. That will enable you to understand complex things better. And it will give you a better understanding of easier / simpler things.
19.
19
Act smart. If you act like you're smart then you can convince people that you are actually smart. This will in turn make you believe that you really are smart. Just believe in yourself and pretend to be smart. After some time you will begin to gain confidence that you really are smart.
20.
20
Update your skills. Learn to use technology. Be an eager learner.Be more practical.

* Remember, smart people don't necessarily talk a lot. If you do say something, make sure that you can back up what you say with reasoning or an argument. Never brag about what you know and always be willing to help if someone asks.

* If you need help in getting organized, ask an adult or a teacher.
* If someone asks you a question that you don't know the answer to, be honest and tell them you do not know. Find out what the answer is from someone.
* If your parents are not educated it does not mean they are stupid, maybe they just did not have the chance. Try to improve yourself but not make fun if they are ignorant.
* Don't let other people's rude comments get to you. They're just ignorant if they feel they need to insult you in order to feel better about themselves. Never obsess about what other people think of you. It is a waste of time and may increase your stress.
* Try to find a role model- someone who is very intelligent - and observe them. But still know who you are.
* Take the time to study.
* Beware that drugs and alcohol can lower your intelligence. Exercise and eating soy help the brain to grow big. Eat lots of soy. Except, for females, soy has isoflavones which can naturally escalate your estrogen levels-limit to a small bowl a day of soybeans and/or a glass of soy milk. Too much soy is not good-it will alter your hormone levels!
* Take your time and learn to communicate well.
* Don't be jealous about other people's life and know that we are all the same and we are all different...we are all humans, but we are all unique. Be happy with what you got in your life. It is the smartest, and best, thing you can possibly do.
* There is more than one "type" of smart. There are booksmarts, streetsmarts, and so many others out there. No one is technically "stupid" or "dumb" it is just that everyone is smarter at something than someone else!
* Learn to work with people. Sure it's great to be right most of the time using your intelligence, but you also need to learn to work with other people. Don't expect them to understand everything you can understand. Make things simple or obvious for them, but not too obvious so that you sound like you're mocking them. Don't command them. Ask questions that will help spur their thinking. And find reasons that they can related to for accepting an idea or solution, etc.
* Know the difference between being smart and knowledgeable. If you are smart, mentally, your mind works very well and is sharp. For an example, you have a great memory or you learn quickly. If you are knowledgeable, you are well-educated, and you know a lot. Are you both or just one?
* If you are of a young age just as I am writing these tips, understand, and contemplate that " you can achieve all that you can." all you need is determination, love for what you do, and social respect towards othes.
* make sure to have the best place in your class (if there is annoying people around.. don't take that place)

* Don't become a know-it-all or do-it-all. It is obnoxious! It is better to be subtle, not obvious.
* Try very hard to enjoy working with others on projects. It says a lot about you if you are successful. Other people have valuable ideas too. Listen to what others have to say.
* Don't let intelligence completely consume your life, remember that you have to enjoy life to the point of enjoying it as much as learning.
* Know your limits, take a break every now and then to reasess yourself and manner of completely achieving your primary goal.

Don't worry be happy

Hello,

Basic techniques in analyzing worry

1. Get the facts. Remember that Dean Hawkes of Columbia University said that "half the worry in the world is caused by people trying to make decisions before they have sufficient knowledge on which to base a decision."
2. After carefully weighing all the facts, come to a decision.
3. Once a decision is carefully reached, act! Get busy carrying out your decision--and dismiss all anxiety about the outcome.
4. When you, or any of your associates, are tempted to worry about a problem, write out and answer the following questions:
1. What is the problem?
2. What is the cause of the problem?
3. What are all possible solutions?
4. What is the best solution?

Part Three
How to break the worry habit before it breaks you

1. Crowd worry out of your mind by keeping busy. Plenty of action is one of the best therapies ever devised for curing "wibber gibbers."
2. Don't fuss about trifles. Don't permit little things--the mere termites of life--to ruin your happines.
3. Use the law of averages to outlaw your worries. Ask yourself: "What are the odds against this thing's happening at all?"
4. Co-operate with the inevitable. If you know a circumstance is beyond your power to change or revise, say to yourself: "It is so; it cannot be otherwise."
5. Put a "stop-less" order on your worries. Decide just how much anxiety a thing may be worth--and refuse to give it anymore.
6. Let the past bury its dead. Don't saw sawdust.

Part Four
Seven ways to cultivate a mental attitude that will bring you peace and happiness

1. Let's fill our minds with thoughts of peace, courage, health, and hope, for "our life is what our thoughts make it."
2. Let's never try to get even with our enemies, because if we do we will hurt ourselves far more than we hurt them. Let's do as General Eisenhower does: let's never waste a minute thinking about people we don't like.
3.
1. Instead of worrying about ingratitude, let's expect it. Let's remember that Jesus healed ten lepers in one day--and only one thanked Him. Why should we expect more gratitude than Jesus got?
2. Let's remember that the only way to find happiness is not to expect gratitude--but to give for the joy of giving.
3. Let's remember that gratitude is a "cultivated" trait; so if we want our children to be grateful, we must train them to be grateful.
4. Count your blessings--not your troubles!
5. Let's not imitate others. Let's find ourselves and be ourselves, for "envy is ignorance" and "imitation is suicide."
6. When fate hands us a lemon, let's try to make a lemonade.
7. Let's forget our own unhappiness--by trying to create a little happiness for others. "When you are good to others, you are best to yourself."

Part Five
The perfect way to conquer worry

1. Prayer

Part Six
How to keep from worrying about criticism

1. Unjust criticism is often a disguised compliment. It often means that you have aroused jealousy and envy. Remember that no one ever kicks a dead dog.
2. Do the very best you can; and then put up your old umbrella and keep the rain of criticism from running down the back of your neck.
3. Let's keep a record of the fool things we have done and criticize ourselves. Since we can't hope to be perfect, let's do what E.H. Little did: let's ask for unbiased, helpful, constructive criticism.

Part Seven
Six ways to prevent fatigue and worry and keep your energy and spirits high

1. Rest before you get tired.
2. Learn to relax at your work.
3. Learn to relax at home.
4. Apply these four good workings habits:
1. Clear your desk of all papers except those relating to the immediate problem at hand.
2. Do things in the order of their importance.
3. When you face a problem, solve it then and there if you have the facts to make a decision.
4. Learn to organize, deputize, and supervise.
5. To prevent worry and fatigue, put enthusiasm into your work.
6. Remember, no one was ever killed by lack of sleep. It is worrying about insomnia that does the damage--not the insomnia.

How to stop lying

Hello,

Admit that you have a problem with lying. The first step in overcoming dishonesty is to admit that you are a liar. As long as you are in denial or not confronting the situation, you won't stop lying. The longer you continue the deception the more likely it is to become a habit and the harder it is to break.
#
Step 2

Make yourself accountable to someone. Whenever you keep something a secret, the harder it is to overcome. Have a friend or counselor to talk to and they can encourage you to tell the truth.
#
Step 3

Think about the consequences. One lie usually leads to another bigger lie, until you've woven yourself into a web of deceit and a great deal of stress. And almost always, your lies will eventually be exposed. Lying causes you to lose people's trust and this can cause you to lose friendships, jobs and can even cause divorce.
#
Step 4

Confess when you lie and apologize. By forcing yourself to admit that you've done something wrong, you are taking the first step in breaking the habit. Each time you confess and apologize to the person you lied to is a reminder that what you are doing is wrong and there are consequences to lying.
#
Step 5

Keep a journal and write down your feelings and what happened that day. On the days you lie put that in your journal, then go back to determine your reasons for lying. By figuring out what causes you to lie in the first place, you can begin to change your behavior and thoughts to prevent lying.
#
Step 6

Avoid situations that might tempt or cause you to lie. Change friends if they are constantly lying because this is going to make it easier for you to justify doing it also. If you are lying to cover up an alcohol or drug problem, seek a support group to help you stop this addiction. Once the bad behavior is gone, the reason to lie to cover it up should go away with it.

Make people like you

**Be honest
Always tell the truth. If you have many lies even in the beginning of your relationship with someone, it will not last. Do not build a relationship based on lies. It will never end well.
#
Step 2

**Act interested in what people have to say
If you actually listen to what people have to say, they will remember you for it. They will feel good knowing that you value their opinions. Don't constantly hang on to every word they say though. This will make people feel uncomfortable. Also, people will take your attention for granted. Make your attention something people feel priviledged to have.
#
Step 3

**Pay attention to what people are proud of
It may sound weird, but it works. Pay attention to what people feel are their best qualities and tell them that you admire those qualities in them. For example, if you have noticed that your friend, Sally, goes out of her way to appear patient and calm, you should compliment her, telling her how much you admire her patience. She will think, "Wow, this person really sees me for who I am!"
#
Step 4

**Remember small things about everyone you meet
When you first meet someone, remember something seemingly insignificant about them. If someone mentions that he owns a pet bird, the next time you see him, ask how his pet is doing. He or she will sure to appreciate your thoughtfulness.
#
Step 5

**Like yourself
Be who you really are. Don't changa yourself just to be liked by others. Stay true to yourself. As the saying goes, "It is always better to be hated for what you are, than to be liked for what you are not." There will always be a person out there who likes you just as you are. You don't necessarily need many friends to be happy.

Things You'll Need:

* Talented people

1.
Step 1

Act natural. No one likes it when someone tries to weasel their way into a group that's not their own, and that's exactly what you are trying to do. Try bumping into your soon-to-be-talented friend while he or she exits class, or knocking his or her books on the ground when they turn to speak to someone they actually care about. Then make sure to help generously with retrieving them. Do this a couple of times so that your new BFF starts to know your face.
2.
Step 2

Joke around. People who are talented like to be around intelligent, funny people who make them laugh. It is a subtle kind of humor that happens in an instant, without prompting and without reward. The next time they smile hello to you in the hallway and you accidentally trip over the threshold because you're watching them so hard, try rolling your eyes and apologizing to the lump of carpet, "Excuse me, threshold." Then move on without expecting a laugh. Delivery is half the battle; if you don't wait for a laugh, you'll get one.
3.
Step 3

Have something they need. Maybe it's science notes, maybe it's a shiny new lacrosse stick or maybe it's chocolate. All that matters is that you have it and they have to get it from you. It's better if it's smaller so that it can be passed under desks while whispering during a class. That way, this new talented friend of yours will not only get to see that you like the same thing.

Child obese

Hello,
School canteens sell burgers, pizzas, hotdogsand samosas. Which would be fine if they also sold alongside daal-sambar or roti sabzi and if the student had 60 min of "free play" on large playground (please note free play, and not structured play such as tennis ,swimming or karate. Nothing against these activities but free play LLOWS A CHILD TO MOVE AND MAKE RULES SPONTANEOUSLY AND IS ESSENTIAL FOR OPTIMUM PHYSICAL AND MENTAL GROWTH.

DO NOT

give sermons on not eating chocolate even as you pack the fridge with it

Ask children to stop watching TV while eating while you continue munching popcorn in movies or chips during your favourite programme.

Give them pet names such as chubby motu and the like.

Gently nudge them in their believe to check on their fat reserves.

Discuss their weight in public.

DO

Have a clean up compaign with children to weed out junk food from the kitchen ,have a "no storing and no gofting "policy.

Eat with all your sense s after switching off phone ,TV, laptop and yes put the news paper down.

Provide unconditional love and acceptance and treat them as equal.

Reassure them that their appearance does not embarrass you.

Lead by example and exercise will espectable consistency.

It's no childplay to stay lean in a big city. The little ones need love, care, safety education and healthy food much before they need good grades+two activity classes+dashing looks and a slim waist.

WANT TO DO MORE

Take them out on a trekking trip to the mountain once every year.

At PTA meetings, insist that the school takes care of its teacher by providing them with opportunities to exercise and eat right. Teachers and their behaviour has a huge influence in children.

Encourage children to learn cooking and take them out vegetable shopping . Involve them with food. It's the best way to teach them to eat fresh unprocessed food and stimulate them much more then weekly trip to a pizza/burger joint.

Expose them to as many as physical activities as possible and allow them to make time for free play.

Mobilise your neighbour tp preserve open spaces and collect finds to ensure that w=swings , slides, see-saw etc, is a great condition.
Ruth gaye hamare sab ChahneWale, Ruth gaye hame sab MananeWale, Ab toh mobile bhi humse puchta hai, Ki kahan chup gaye tumko SMS bhejnewale..

have a touch that never burnt
and have friendship that never breaks.

Ye zindagi to hai teri amanat,
Bus mere naam ke sath tera naam aa jaye.

Apne dilki bat unse keh nai sakte, bin kahe bhi ji nahi sakte,ae khuda aisi takdir bana,wo humse khud akar kahe HUM APKE BINA RAHE NAHI SAKTE

Haan, maine bhi pyaar kiya hai
Dil tujhko hee yaar diya hai.
kyun aisa kaam kiya hai?
Maine khud ko badnaam kiya hai.

Yahi hoti hai sachayii
dil de dete hai kisi ko bhi bhai.
sochte samkhte kuch bhi nahi,
kar dete hai do khata, jo theek kar sakte nahi.

Kho Na Jayein Aap Duniya Ki Bheed Mein
Isliye Dil Mein Chhupakar Rakhta Hoon
Tumko Lage Na Kisi Ki Boori Nazar
Isliye Ankhon Mein Basakar Rakhta Hoon

Bas kar ujrein ge, kabhi socha naa tha…
Inn lamhaat se guzrein ge, kabhi socha naa tha…
