Resolutions

Hello,
Everyone makes resolutions ,whether it's to stop smoking ,spend more time with the family or simply dieting.

Review the different areas in your life and think about what is working and what isn't. Instead of picking the same old resoultions that you can never seem to keep , like losing weight, giving up smoking or winning an award, choose an area that you know needs improvement rather than a radical change.

Exited and charged as you may be to lose weight, expecting to lose too much too quickly will leave you disappointed.

More often than not ,people tend to give up on resolutions thinking they've set them too high.Give yourself a goal to follow, and stick to it as much as you can. When you tell yourself you're working at achieving something you tend to give it an even better shot.

The way you think does makes a difference to your life.Try reading positive quotes and implement them as much as you can in your daily routine.

Write down the goals you want to achieve . Reading this list once every few days will remind you what you need to accomplish.

Not achieveving what you wish to accomplish may seem daunting at times, but don't let that slow you down. Obsessing over achieving your goals won't help you one bit.

Trying to do everything at once will only make it seem difficult. Start with the most important task take up the rest gradually.

When you achieve a goal .reward yourself. Small as it may be ,congratulate yourself on having met a goal.

Imagine finishing what you wish to achieve. Visualisation is a powerful tool that can be a great help[.

Don't let the fear of doing something new hold you back. Push yourself to try it at least once and you'll thank yourself for it later. Even if you fail the first time ,don't give up.

Jai jinendra.
