Hello.
1.
Embrace change. Most people deal with a bad situation by justifying it somehow: complaining, venting and ultimately, deciding to stick it out just a little while longer. Committing to change, and following through, is the only true way to discover something better.
2.
2
Understand fear. Those who accomplish great things aren't super heroes. They just understand fears nature, and refuse to allow it to control their decisions. Fear is a warning signal, but it is no more than that. Your mind and your heart should be the only deciding factors in making a life change.
3.

Let go of old positions. Play the devil's advocate, and allow the experience to move you in different ways. The goal is to develop, not stay entrenched in old judgments.
4.
4
Develop momentum by trying new things every day. Small steps, such as trying that new restaurant or yoga class, can have a huge effect on your perceptions. The more you break down the old walls of habit, the easier it becomes to truly step out and explore the world around you.
5.
5
Build morale by focusing on positive outcomes and building a support network. Don't allow discouragements to tempt you back into old patterns.
6.
6
Step back. One of the most effective ways to gauge progress is to periodically remove yourself from the fray and evaluate progress. Think it over as calmly and unemotionally as possible, and decide on which steps to take next.
7.

Be willing to fail before you succeed. A great life comes from taking great risks, and never allowing failure to stop you. Use each 'no' as fuel for an even greater pursuit.
