Hello,
There is no cure for the common cold and antibiotics often do not help. But there are some handy precautions which can keep the sniffles away.

Wash your hands regularly so that germs are killed or washed away. Keeping a hand sanitiser in your bag can be a good option if you are travlling.

Don't touch your eyes,nose and mouth every now and then. This can limit your chances of infection.

Avoid sharing drinking glasses or utensils with anyone, as you could catch an infection from an infected person.

Drink lots of fluids to avoid dehydration.Keep up the supply of vitamin C. Eat plenty of fruits to boost your immune system.

Get enough sleep and you'll feel better. Remaining active is another way to keep your system fit enough to fight any infection.

Her din ek naya din hotha hai , her pal ek naya pal hotha hai,her soch ek nai soch hothi hai ki nahi ye tho patha nahi lekin every second hum ji bhar ke jeena chod ke kitni hi tension wali life ka saamna kerte hai,Hamesha kuch na kuch bhagambhag lagi rahathi hai ye karo wo karo, is ka dhyan rakho ,ye kaam wo kaam ,uff life main peace naam ki koi cheez nahi, aisa koi ek insaan nahi jo bina kisi chintha ke aaram se jee sake, per her ek ki life ka koi part hotha hai jub wo sukuun ki saans letha hai, aur wo hai bachpan ,wo bhi shayad sabko naseeb nahi hotha .......

Kitne hee log aise bhi hothe honge jinka bachpan bhayanak raha hoga kisika bhuka tho kisika nanga rahaa hoga koi bachpan main hee bada ho gaya hoga aur koi budha......kya hum sabhi ke baare main jaante hai ? nahi..........

Avoid alcohol and smoking.

Start your gyming session with a warm-up to avoid injuries.

Avoid talking excessively while exercising.

Maintain a healthy diet and make sure your intake of vitamins,protiens and carbs is right.

Avoid intake of steroids to beef up your body,stay natural.

Keep yourself stress-free and adopt a positive attitude in life.

Khair chodo yaar ye love ke baare main baath kerna.......agar life main koi accha dosth bhi mil jaaye tho bhi khud ko naseebwala samajna chahiye ..Aaj kal ek accha aur saccha dosth paana bhi muskil sa lagtha hai.........

usske saare friends jahaan pani puri , chat items , ice creams khane ka showk rakhte the per usse in sabse koi matlab nahi tha wo apni booka main hi khoi rahathi thi.

Bahuth maasoom aur innocent bholi thi wo bahuth bachpana tha usme duniya ki aadhi tedhi baatein uski samaj main nahi aaathi thi...
